Prepare for the ICE Polar Express! Can you hear the sound? It’s the jingle, jolly, and joy of a steam engine pulling into the station. Hop aboard the Paradise Express for a Strasburg Rail Road Christmas and experience all of your winter wishes coming true on this Historic Train Ride and lunch in the dining car. After your train experience you will check in to the Gaylord National Resort. You will have time to enjoy the new Holiday Exhibition during your stay at the Gaylord! Step in the grand atrium of the Gaylord National to see the lights and snowfall inside the building as well as the nightly “Tree Lighting Show”. You can also enjoy a shuttle to MGM Casino and Tanger Outlets. After Breakfast Monday morning you will discover the charm of a Clydesdale Farm, through an immersive farm tour. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Clydesdales, learn about their care, and enjoy a memorable experience in the heart of nature. Lunch will be enjoyed at a beautiful nearby restaurant. Back to the hotel to take some time to enjoy the hotel amenities including “ICE Polar Express”. Experience the classic holiday story in real life through larger-than-you-can-believe ice sculptures. Ride down thrilling frozen slides, wander through awe-inspiring tunnels, and capture the coolest pictures throughout this frozen attraction. You can also visit the Christmas Village, Fitness Room, Indoor Pool and the National Harbor including MGM and Tanger outlets. Before we depart for home onTuesday you will have the opportunity to shop in Alexandria, Va and enjoy lunch at a Colonial Tavern.
