Get in the holiday spirit as you explore the Hershey/Harrisburg area. Your first day will begin at Stone Gable Estate. Tour the National Christmas Center newly relocated to Stone Gables Estate. The center has 17 Foot-Tall Stores and Storefronts causing Awe & Wonder as you explore this Treasure-Trove of Celebration. Next you will board the Harrisburg, Lincoln & Lancaster Railroad Train where you will tour around the property showing the most picturesque locations at Stone Gables Estate. Finally, enjoy the Grand Dame the Star Barn decked out for Christmas and enjoy the first part of the light show on your arrival. Cocktail hour kicks off the evening as you discover the outbuildings and gift shop. Dinner hour is a delicious buffet. Entertainment ends the evening with the highest quality musicians and world renowned Irish Tenors. You will enjoy the last part of the light show as you exit the dinner. Check in to our hotel. This morning you will enjoy a Trolley Tour with a highly knowledgeable and entertaining conductor who will take you through the Hershey of today, then jump back all the way to a time before there was a town, or a chocolate factory, or even chocolate in America for that matter. You then journey through the inspiring life of Milton Hershey, visiting the historical sites of the town he created, and tasting the chocolate that made him famous. We end with an exclusive, spectacular view of the Sweetest Place on Earth from the “Welcome to Hershey” hill. Next, Chocolate World to stock up on Hershey treats, enjoy the “hershey chocolate ride” and MAKE YOUR OWN HERSHEY BAR! Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant this evening! The last day you will have the opportunity to catch up on your holiday shopping at the PA Farm Show Complex, one of the largest holiday shows in the country. The PA Christmas Show is completely indoors and all on one floor. You can visit more than 600 specialty shoppes selling a wide array of exclusive, unique gifts for family and friends. You’ll be pleased with the quality, variety and range of reasonable prices. There’s something for everyone on your list! Lunch on your own where the craft show is offering concessions throughout the entire show floor. Each hall has food and seating options for your group. We also work for C&J Catering to offer a full buffet including a carving station in the upstairs Banquet Hall. This can be accessed using the Cameron Street Lobby escalators or elevator in North Hall. Time to head home….but first… Create your own ICE CREAM in the tasting Lab at Turkey Hill Experience and taste a wide array of Turkey Hill ice cream and iced teas. Travel home with SWEET memories!
