Your experience will begin in Newburgh’s Historic Waterfront with a delightful lunch before you board the boat to enjoy clear views of historic Hudson River lighthouses, waterfront mansions, and other notable sites aboard the Rip Van Winkle II 90-minute Sightseeing Cruise. Explore the Roosevelt saga in the home of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, the exhibits at the nation’s first Presidential Library, and over a thousand acres of gardens and trails. Your evening will conclude with a tour and dinner at the Culinary Institute of America. Go behind the scenes of the CIA and get an inside look into the world of food. Participate in an interactive demonstration where you’ll explore the science of taste.
