ANNAPOLIS NAVY GAME, TOUR AND MORE

Friday October 24-Sunday October 26, 2025

Your journey will include a stop in Havre De Grace for lunch and shopping. This charming, historic waterfront town has a lot to offer, including scenic views, museums, and a lively downtown area. The town is known for its rich maritime history, beautiful waterfront, and unique attractions including the Decoy Museum which we will visit. At the museum you will discover the art of decoy making and the waterfowling traditions that make Havre de Grace, Maryland the “Decoy Capital of the World!” After checking in to our Bethesda, MD hotel you will enjoy a dinner theater at Toby’s. SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER transports you back to the era of disco balls, platform boots, and white suits. Burn, baby, burn! The following day you will enjoy a Navy game! The Navy game experience is a unique and highly spirited event that goes beyond a typical football game, encompassing rich traditions, pageantry, and a strong sense of patriotism. The atmosphere is electric with spirited tailgates and pep rallies. We will have a “pregame BBQ” of our own! Dinner included after the game before returning to the hotel. Day 3 Start your exploration of Annapolis: Museum Without Walls™ at the William Paca House and Garden. This five-part Georgian mansion was built in the 1760s for William Paca, one of Maryland’s four Signers of the Declaration of Independence and the state’s third Governor. Carefully restored by Historic Annapolis beginning in 1965, today it is recognized as one of the finest 18th-century homes in the country and a National Historic Landmark. Guided tours of the house, which features period furnishings and paintings, reveal the inner workings of an upper-class household in colonial and revolutionary Annapolis. Lunch on your own in the town of Annapolis before a tour of the Navy Academy.

The best way to truly experience the Naval Academy scenic grounds is to take a highly regarded Historical Walking Tour of the Yard. You will return early in the evening with wonderful memories of Patriotism and traditions.
